What happens if the tickets I want to purchase are not available?

Just Giggin Tickets will NEVER charge your credit card until you have been contacted to confirm the purchase.  All sales are final.  In the event that the original tickets you request via the web are not available, you will have one of three options:

1-We will offer you comparable tickets at the original purchase price (based on availability)

2-You may upgrade your original tickets at a pro-rated increase or downgrade them at a pro-rated decrease in price (based on availability)

3-You may cancel your order entirely

What happens if the event for which I buy tickets is cancelled or rescheduled?

If an event is cancelled, you have a choice of either receiving a full refund in the form of store credit or a cash refund equal to the total face value of the tickets you purchased.

If an event is rescheduled, refund is not an option.  You must use the tickets for the rescheduled date/time.  It is your responsibility to keep abreast of changes in show times and/or dates.  Although no refund will be given for a rescheduled event, we may agree to place your order on a try-to-sell basis.  (However, there is no guarantee that the tickets will re-sell, or re-sell at the price for which you bought them).
